Chick Pea Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cabbage | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Chickpeas | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
| Mung bean sprouts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mild vinegar - 2 tbsp | ||
| Basil lettuce - 1 tsp | ||
| Parsley - to garnish | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a serving bowl, mix together the cabbage, chick peas and spouts and toss them with a combineation of olive oil, vinegar and basil

2. Serve on a bed of lettuce, sprinkled with parsley
