Ingredients

| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chick-Peas- 2 cups, cooked | ||
| Tomato sauce | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper red | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Hot cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Non fat yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green peppers | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Lettuce | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat oil and cook the onion and garlic, until translucent.
2) Stir in the chickpeas, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano and red pepper.
3) Simmer for about 30 minutes.
SERVING
4) Serve over the rice topped with the yogurt, peppers, tomatoes, and lettuce.
