Chickpea Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped | ||
| 4 cups cooked dried chick-peas or drained canned chick-peas | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 Large, chopped | |
Directions
1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onions until wilted. Add the chick-peas, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, coriander, cumin, and turmeric and simmer for 30 minutes.
