Delicious Chia Banana Coconut Pudding Recipe Video
Ruth makes a delicious banana coconut pudding. This recipe is based on the superfood chia seeds and is delicious and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1 banana
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
pinch celtic sea salt
pinch cinnamon
1/4 cup coconut flakes
Directions
Blend all ingredients except coconut flakes together until smooth. Stir in coconut flakes, and let sit approx 15 minutes or until thick. Enjoy!

This is not raw. Canned coconut milk has been pasteurized and maple syrup is not raw either. You can make a nut milk instead and use a nice raw honey!
