Directions

GETTING READY
1.Peel and remove pit from the mangoes.
2.Peel the lemons and keep ready.

MAKING
3.Puree the mangoes.
4.Blend mangoes and lemon together.
5.Transfer it in a bowl.
6.Add chia seeds to the mango pulp.
7.Whisk it nicely.
8.Put it in the freezer for 10 minutes and allow it to gel

SERVING
9.Pour into a glass and serve chilled with a straw. You can also serve it a bowl with a spoon
