Chile Aam Ka Achar Recipe
Ingredients
| Green mangoes-10 | ||
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Asafoetida powder-1 teaspoon | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Wash and skin the mangoes and cut them into 8 pieces each.
MAKING
2)In a large container, add mango pieces, salt, reserving 1 teaspoon, cayenne and asafoetida and mix thoroughly.
3)Take a clean glass jar, sprinkle the reserved salt at its base and then drop all the mango pieces into it.
4)Keep the jar in sun or warm place for a week.
SERVING
5)Serve mango pickle as a condiment.
