Cheyenne Shish Kebab Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 c. Burgundy
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. rosemary
2 or 3 lb. sirloin, cut in 1 inch cubes
Small white whole canned potatoes
Round whole canned onions
Cherry tomatoes or Ige. firm tomatoes, cubed
Green peppers, cut in 1 inch squares
Fresh mushrooms or canned round button mushrooms
Pitted ripe olives
Pineapple chunks, pitted cherries, or any firm fruit
Directions
Mix first 10 ingredients for marinade; cover meat cubes.
Marinate about 3 or 4 hours or overnight.
Put meat and other shish kabob items in separate bowls.
Alternate meat, vegetables and fruit on skewer; cook to taste
