Simple Chex Mix Recipe
Fantastic Chex Mix recipe.I have used red chilli & pepper in this chex Mix.You can serve this Chex Mix in a party as well.
Trust me you will love it!
Ingredients
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
4 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 c. Rice Chex cereal
2 c. Bran Chex cereal
1 c. salted nuts
2 c. Wheat Chex cereal
Directions
In a preheated oven at 250 degrees,melt butter.Once it's done,add seasoning to it.Add salted nuts & Chex.Mix it thoroughly till all the nuts & Chex are well coated.Heat in the preheated oven for an hour.Keep checking on the Chex mix & keep stirring the mix so that it doesn't stick.
Pour out Chex mix on a wax paper to absorb excess butter & cool before you serve it.
