Ingredients

 Butter1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cooled
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Maple syrup1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon
 Egg1
 Instant oats2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Â½ cup shredded coconut (either sweetened or unsweetened)
 Â¾ cups dried cranberries or blueberries
 Raisins1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Flour1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame seeds2 Tablespoon
 Pecan halves2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chocolate Chips1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1. Pour the syrup mixture over the oats mixture.
2. Use clean hands or two spoons to mix the ingredients together and be sure that the oats are coated in the maple syrup mixture
3. Line a 9” square baking pan with two sheets of parchment paper. Be sure you press the paper into the corners.
4. Spoon the coated oat mixture into the baking pan and press flat, filling the entire pan.
5. Bake on the lower rack of the over for 20-25 minutes, until the top is set and starts to turn golden brown.
6. Remove from the oven and allow to come to room temp.
7. Refrigerate for at least an hour before cutting into squares.
8. Store in an airtight container.
