Chestnut Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Chestnuts | 12 | |
| Cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Place chestnuts in boiling water; cook until tender.
Remove skins; press through sieve.
Add salt, pepper and cream.
Pour milk into chestnut mixture gradually; place over low heat until heated through.
Serve with chicken or turkey.
