6 eggs
3 cup sugar
2 tablespoon cornmeal
2 tablespoon vinegar
6 1/2 stick butter
Vanilla or lemon flavoring

Beat eggs well.
Mix sugar, cornmeal, vinegar and flavoring.
Melt butter and add in to the above mix.
Bake in pie shell at 400 degrees until done.
