Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients
Shell
1 t honey
1/4 c oil
1 egg yolk
1 c wholewheat pastry flour
lemon rind, grated
Filling
2 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 t wholewheat pastry flour
1/3 c honey
1/3 c date sugar
1/2 t sea salt
1 t vanilla
1 c heavy cream
1/2 c seedless golden raisins
1 c pitted dates, cut up
1 c walnuts, broken
Directions
For shell, blend honey, oil, and yolk, then stir in flour and lemon rind.
Pat dough in unoiled pan.
Chill.
Make the filling by combining the flour, honey, date sugar, and salt.
Add this mixture to the eggs while beating.
Stir in vanilla, cream, raisins, dates, and walnuts.
Spoon into pie shell.
Bake in a 350° oven for 50-60 minutes.
