Crispy Chesapeake Ray Stingers with Ceasar Dressing Recipe Video
Maxwell has a great recipe for "hangover soup," featuring Chesapeake Ray. That's right, the stingray.
Ingredients
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup Cider vinegar
1 ounce lemon juice
1 T oregano leaves
Salt and Pepper
2 T honey
6 ounces Chesapeake Ray, filet
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except ray, and mix well. Marinate ray in the dressing for about 30 minutes. Grill or sauté ray filet until medium rare.
