|Cherry gelatin||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Jello)|
|Boiling water/Apple juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cold water/Apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

|Apple pear||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled|
|Banana||1 Small (Sliced Or Diced)|
|Sliced celery/Chopped nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Fold in fruits and celery.
Spoon into bowl or individual dishes.
Chill until set, about 2 hours.
Garnish with additional fresh fruit and celery leaves, if desired.
