Cherry Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained, liquid reserved | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 package orange flavored gelatin | ||
| Stuffed olives | 1 Bottle (1l), sliced | |
| Pecans | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Combine cherry liquid, lemon juice, and enough water to make 1 3/4 cups.
Heat liquid to boiling, pour over gelatin, and stir until dissolved.
Chill until partially set.
Add cherries, olives, and pecans.
Pour into a 1 quart mold and chill until firm.
