Ingredients
| Pie filling | 1 Can (10oz), prepared | |
| Pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), crushed | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almond extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Quick cooking oats | 1 Cup (16 tbs), rolled | |
| Bran cereal flakes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
In a medium size bowl, combine pie filling, pineapple, sugar and almond extract.
Set aside.
Place butter in a 1 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 2 minutes or until melted.
Add flour, oats, cereal, sugar and cinnamon.
Mix until crumbly.
Press half the crumb mixture into a 13x9x2 inch glass baking dish.
Spread cherry mixture over top and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Microwave 16 to 20 minutes, giving dish a 1/2 turn' twice during cooking.
