Cherry Holiday Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 , Well beaten | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Dates | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Flaked coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almond extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Cherries | 36 , candied | |
| Confectioners' sugar | ||
Directions
Combine eggs, sugar, nuts, dates, coconut, almond extract, vanilla and salt.
Place in greased 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring mixture at 10-minute intervals.
Remove from oven; stir well.
Cool; shape around cherries.
Roll in confectioners' sugar.
