Ingredients

 Sweet cherries1 Cup (16 tbs)
 4 teaspoons low calorie cherry flavored gelatin
 Water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Non caloric sweetener equal to 8 teaspoons sugar

Directions

Add water, if necessary, to cherry liquid to make 1 cup.
Heat to boiling.
Pour over gelatin in a bowl and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Blend in the water, lemon juice, and sweetener.
Chill until gelatin is slightly thickened.
Halve and pit the drained cherries; set aside.
Blend cherries into slightly thickened gelatin.
Turn mixture into a 1 quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto a chilled serving plate.
