1 package (3 oz.) Jell-O Cherry Gelatin
 
1 cup boiling water
 
1/2 cup Burgundy or Port Wine
 
1/4 cup cold water
 
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) sliced peaches, drained
 
Dash of cinnamon
 
1 cup prepared Dream Whip
 
Whipped Topping

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add wine and cold water.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in peaches.
Pour into 3 cup mold or individual molds.
Chill until firm at least 4 hours.
Stir cinnamon into prepared whipped topping.
Unmold gelatin; garnish with additional sliced peaches and spiced whipped topping, if desired.
