|All purpose flour||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Margarine/Butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pitted dates||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Finely Cut)|
|Chopped candied red cherries||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Corn cereal||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs), crushed to make 1 1/3 cup (Kellogg's)|
|Candied red cherries||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), cut into quarters (15 candied cherries)|

In large mixing bowl, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Stir in milk and vanilla.
Add flour mixture.
Mix until well combined.
Stir in nuts, dates and chopped cherries.
Using level measuring-tablespoon, shape dough into balls.
Roll in crushed Corn Flakes cereal.
Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
Top each with cherry quarter.
Bake in 375°F oven for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
Remove immediately from baking sheets.
Cool on wire racks.
