Directions
Preheat oven to 325°.
Mix flour and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
Melt margarine; pour over dry ingredients.
Pat into pie pan, prick, and bake 15-20 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spread on crust; top with pie filling.
Chill until ready to serve.
