Cherry Tomatoes Filled With Steak Tartar Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1/2 Pound | |
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Watercress | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Anchovy fillets- 2 nos, finely chopped | ||
| Capers | 2 Tablespoon, drained | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Cherry tomatoes- 30 large nos/ 1 pint, washed and drained on absorbent paper | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Using a sharp knife, cut 1/4-inch-thick slice from stem end of each cherry tomato. Deseed tomatoes (you can use a tiny melon scooper for this) and place on absorbent paper, with stem end on bottom in order to remove excess pulp (if any).
MAKING
2. In A medium sized glass bowl, combine rest of the ingredients to prepare Steak Tartare. Mix well using a fork.
3. Clingwrap and refrigerate.
FINALIZING
4. Stuff each cherry tomato with 1 teaspoon of chilled Steak Tartare and arrange on a serving platter.
SERVING
5. Serve chilled with biscuit crackers.
