Cherry Tomato Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| Cherry tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), rinsed | |
| Herb blend | ||
| Green onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cucumber | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Coarsely chop tomatoes and herb blend in a food processor or with a knife.
Stir in onion and lime juice.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Present in a small bowl and scoop onto cucumber slices or tortilla chips.
