Cherry Tomato Basil And Garlic Confit Recipe
Ingredients
| Extra virgin olive oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 12 Clove (5gm), peeled | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 1 basket best cherry tomatoes | ||
| 12 basil leaves, cleaned and dried | ||
| Flavored oil | ||
Directions
1. Warm the olive oil and garlic in a saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt.
2. When the garlic is tender, add the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes or until the tomato skins begin to crack. Add the basil leaves and warm gently.
3. Spoon over the warm cod. Drizzle flavored oil around the fish.
