Cherry Strudel Recipe
Ingredients
| Nuts | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Canned sour red cherries - 4 cups, pitted and drained | ||
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ready to use Strudel Dough | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 Lightly oil the strudel dough.
2 Evenly spread the nuts over half the oiled strudel dough.
3 Cover with the cherries.
4 Sprinkle with sugar.
5 Carefully roll up in a jelly roll fashion.
6 Lightly brush with oil or melted butter.
7 Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degree F
SERVING
8 Cut into 1-inch slices while warm and serve with coffee
