Cherry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
4 cups fresh sour cherries
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Directions
Pit and halve sour cherries.
In a large saucepan, simmer cherries, orange juice, honey, and lemon juice for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Blend cornstarch and water.
Stir into cherries, and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
