Classic Cherry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup red cherry juice | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almond extract | 2 Drop | |
Directions
Melt butter, blend in flour, add cherry juice and cook until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
Add lemon juice, sugar and almond extract.
Chill.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
