Cherry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 1/2 teaspoons potato flour or cornstarch | ||
| 1/4 cup drained canned pitted red sour cherries | ||

Directions
Stir cherry juice into a mixture of sugar, salt, and potato flour.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add cherries, butter, and lemon juice.
Serve hot.
