Cherry Or Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1 small package (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
Butter-crumb Crust or 1 baked 9-inch pastry shell
1 can (1 lb. 5 oz.) prepared cherry pie filling (or 1 can blueberry pie filling with 1 tablespoon lemon juice)
Directions
Beat together until smooth the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Turn into the prepared pie shell, spreading evenly.
Spoon the pie filling evenly over top.
