Ingredients
| 1 pkg. Nut Quick Bread Mix | ||
| Butter margarine | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| 21-oz. can prepared cherry fruit pie filling | ||
| Sweetened condensed milk | 14 Ounce, evaporated | |
| Coconut | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Generously grease 13x9-inch pan.
In large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; stir until crumbly.
Press into bottom of prepared pan.
Bake at 350°F. for 10 minutes.
Gently spoon cherry pie filling over partially baked crust; spread evenly.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over pie filling; sprinkle with coconut Bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes or until light golden brown.
Serve warm or cool.
