Cherry Fluff Angel Food Recipe

1 package (15 or 16 ounces) white angel food cake mix
1 1/2 cups chilled whipping cream
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
12 well-drained maraschino cherries, cut up
2 tablespoons maraschino cherry syrup
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Bake cake mix as directed on package.
Cool.
In chilled bowl, beat whipping cream and sugar until stiff.
Fold in cherries, cherry syrup and walnuts.
Frost cake.
Refrigerate.
