Cherry Duck Roll Recipe
Ingredients

| Butter | 60 Gram | |
| 1 cup stale breadcrumbs | ||
| 5 chicken breast fillets, minced | ||
| Bacon rashers | 3 , minced | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1/2 x 425g can pitted black cherries, drained | ||
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Gelatine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Saute shallots and garlic in butter for 1 minute.
In a basin combine shallot mixture, breadcrumbs, chicken, bacon, parsley and egg.
