Cherry Cream Dressing Recipe
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 package)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Maraschino cherry juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Red food coloring||3 Drop (Few drops)|
|Dessert topping mix||2 Ounce (1 package)|
|Maraschino cherries||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped|

1) Combine together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing, maraschino cherry juice, milk, lemon juice and some drops of red food coloring in a small mixing bowl. Mix well.
2) Beat the mixture till it is smooth.
3) Prepare the dessert topping mix as per the directions on the package. Fold the topping into the cheese mixture.
4) Chill the dressing.
5) Whip the chilled dressing till it is fluffy and pile it into a serving bowl. Drop a single drop of the red food coloring on top and swirl the dressing. Serve while still chilled, with salad of preference.
