Cherry Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
Cake:
1 box chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Frosting:
1 cup sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet
5 Tbsp. margarine
Chocolate pieces
1/3 cup milk
Directions
Cake: Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
Cool completely.
Frosting: In small saucepan, combine sugar, margarine and milk.
Bring to a hard boil, stirring constantly.
Cook one minute.
Remove from heat; stir in chocolate.
Continue stirring until chocolate is melted.
Spread over cake.
