Cherry Cheese Mousse Recipe

This Cherry Cheese Mousse is so tasty that I cannot resist serving it as a Dessert often. Cheese is the main ingredient in this Cherry Cheese Mousse. Ingredients
1 lb cream cheese, softened
1 small box lime jelly powder
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
2 1/2 cups cherries, pitted
1 small box cherry jelly powder
1 cup cherry juice
Directions
In a food processor, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Set aside.
Dissolve lime jelly powder in 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water.
Add cold water and cherries.
Fold into cream cheese.
Pour into a springform mold or divide among dessert cups.
Refrigerate.
Dissolve cherry jelly powder in 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water.
Add cherry juice.
Let cool.
Remove first mixture from refrigerator.
Top with cherry jelly.
Refrigerate at least.
