Cherry Cheese Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 1 Pound, softened | |
| 1 small box lime jelly powder | ||
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cherries | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), pitted | |
| 1 small box cherry jelly powder | ||
| 1 cup cherry juice | ||
Directions
In a food processor, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Set aside.
Dissolve lime jelly powder in 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water.
Add cold water and cherries.
Fold into cream cheese.
Pour into a springform mold or divide among dessert cups.
Refrigerate.
Dissolve cherry jelly powder in 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water.
Add cherry juice.
Let cool.
Remove first mixture from refrigerator.
Top with cherry jelly.
Refrigerate at least.
