Spiced Cherry Cake Recipe

| Raisins | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup nut meats | ||
| 1 quart Royal Ann cherries | ||
| Lemon extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs.
Add sifted dry ingredients, alternately with milk.
Add lemon extract.
Stir in nuts and fruit.
Bake in large loaf pan at 350 degrees until it tests done.
