Ingredients

 
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
 
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
 
1/4 cup flaked coconut
 
1 tablespoon water
 
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
 
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated biscuits
 
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Directions

In small glass bowl, combine brown sugar, cherries, coconut, water and cinnamon.
Stir until smooth.
Cook at HIGH 2 to 2 1/4 minutes.
Pour into a greased 5-cup ring mold.
Dip each biscuit into melted butter.
Arrange biscuits on top of cherry mixture.
Cook at MEDIUM 4 to 4 1/2 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before inverting on serving platter.
Store, covered, until ready to serve.
