Melt the margarine in a pot (low heat). Add the sugar and wait for it to melt as well. Then, take the pot from off the stove and add granola and shredded coconut. Put it in a cake pan and wait for it to cool down. Pit the cherries and put them on the cake. Put half of the coconut milk and maybe a bit of water in a pot. Blenderize the other half together with the tofu, the powdered sogar and the vanille flavor. Put the Agar in the pot and mix it. Cook it for 5 minutes. Stirr the entire time. Then take if off the stove and add some tofu-mixture.. blend it, add some more and so on. In the end, put it on top of the cherries and wait for a couple of hours.
