Cherries 'N' Cream Parfaits Recipe
Ingredients
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1/3 cup Lemon Juice from Concentrate | ||
| Sour cream | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Almond extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pie filling | 1 Can (10oz), chilled | |
Directions
In medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and ReaLemon; mix well.
Stir in sour cream and extract.
Layer cream mixture and pie filling in parfait or dessert dishes, topping with pie filling.
Chill in freezer 30 to 45 minutes or 2 hours in refrigerator.
Refrigerate leftovers.
