Cherries Jubilee Recipe
Ingredients
2 cans (1 pound each) pitted dark, sweet cherries
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 cup warm kirsch (or Cointreau)
1 quart vanilla ice cream
Directions
Drain juice from cherries.
