Cherries, Berries & French Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese | ||
| Light sour cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Powdered sugar | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Strawberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sweet cherries | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of the sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg.
Whirl until smooth, adding more sour cream as necessary to give cheese mixture a good dipping consistency.
At this point, you may cover and refrigerate for up to a day
