Cherries And Pears In Wine Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Cherries | 1 Can (10oz), pitted | |
| Pear | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1/4 cup sweet red wine | ||
| Orange peel | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Drain syrup from cherries and pears into glass casserole dish.
Stir in wine, orange peel and cornstarch.
Cook on HIGH (9) for 4 to 6 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring twice.
Combine fruit with hot sauce.
Serve over ice cream or sponge cake.
