Chef's Salad Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 pound fully cooked ham | ||
| 1 1/2. cups thinly sliced cauliflower flowerets | ||
| Radishes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/2 cup reduced-calorie Italian, French, creamy cucumber, or other salad dressing | ||
| Mixed greens | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese,cut into julienne strips | ||
| Cherry tomatoes | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), halved | |
Directions
Trim separable fat from ham.
Use a sharp knife to cut the ham into julienne strips.
In a large mixing bowl combine cauliflower flowerets, radishes, and green onions.
Add salad dressing; toss to coat.
Set aside.
To serve, place torn greens in 4 individual salad bowls.
Arrange the cauliflower mixture, ham strips, cheddar cheese strips, and cherry tomato halves atop the greens.
