Chef'S Lettuce Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 head Boston lettuce | ||
| Romaine lettuce head | 1/2 | |
| Red leaf lettuce head | 1/2 | |
| 1 bunch watercress, coarse stems removed | ||
| 2 heads Belgian endive, coarsely chopped | ||
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced | ||
| Scallions | 4 , thinly sliced | |
| Mushrooms | 12 , thinly sliced | |
| Cherry tomatoes | 12 | |
| Radishes | 8 , thinly sliced | |
| 1 red Delicious apple, skin on, cored, and cut into 1/2 inch cubes | ||
| Avocado | 1/4 Small, thinly sliced | |
| 1/4 cup Spa Vinaigrette made with walnut oil | ||
Directions
Wash the greens, pat dry, and tear into bite-size pieces.
Wash and dry the watercress and leave whole.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss lightly to distribute dressing evenly.
Divide among the plates and serve.
