Chef'S Lettuce Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 1/2 head Boston lettuce
 Romaine lettuce head1/2
 Red leaf lettuce head1/2
 1 bunch watercress, coarse stems removed
 2 heads Belgian endive, coarsely chopped
 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
 Scallions4 , thinly sliced
 Mushrooms12 , thinly sliced
 Cherry tomatoes12
 Radishes8 , thinly sliced
 1 red Delicious apple, skin on, cored, and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
 Avocado1/4 Small, thinly sliced
 1/4 cup Spa Vinaigrette made with walnut oil

Directions

Wash the greens, pat dry, and tear into bite-size pieces.
Wash and dry the watercress and leave whole.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss lightly to distribute dressing evenly.
Divide among the plates and serve.
