 Dairy sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Package cream cheese1 3 Ounce, softened
 Milk1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green onions4 , sliced
 Prepared mustard1 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Lettuce6 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 cups cooked roast beef, pork, turkey, or ham cut in strips
 Cherry tomatoes1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
 4 ounces sharp American cheese, cup in strips
 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
 Cucumber1 Medium, sliced

Directions

In a bowl combine sour cream, softened cream cheese, milk, green onions, prepared mustard, paprika, and salt; beat till smooth.
Cover and chill while preparing salad.
In large salad bowl combine torn lettuce, meat, cherry tomatoes, cheese strips, hard-cooked egg slices, and cucumber; toss gently.
Serve the salad with the chilled dressing.
