Chef's Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Salt | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup acceptable vegetable oil | ||
| Red wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground black pepper | To Taste | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Light soy sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Place all ingredients in ajar with a tight-fitting lid.
Shake vigorously until mixed thoroughly.
Keep covered and refrigerated.
Add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives or scallions.
