Chefs Coleslaw Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 5 cups finely shredded cabbage | ||
| 1/2 pound cooked ham, chicken, or tongue, cut in julienne strips, 1/4 inch wide and 2 inches long | ||
| 6 ounces Cheddar, jack, or Swiss cheese, cut in julienne strips, 1/4 inch wide and 2 inches long | ||
| Red onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Cucumber | 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| Caraway seed | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Chef's dressing | ||
| Sliced black olives | ||
Directions
In a salad bowl, combine cabbage, ham, cheese, onion, cucumber, and caraway seed.
Prepare dressing; pour over cabbage mixture and toss gently.
Garnish with olives.
