Ingredients
1 pack garden burger
1 plate cooked Indigenous rice
1 tbsp sauteed fresh corn
1/2 tsp carrot, finely chopped
1 large Spanish onion, chopped
1/2 cup Poblano pepper, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup regular onion, chopped
10 oz tomato paste
Directions
1. Put the content of the garden burger pack and cook until it stiffens.
2. Add all the ingredients from Spanish onion to tomato paste. Mix well. Add a little water if required.
3. Serve over rice and garnish with sauteed corn and carrot. Add more design with a tube of tomato paste.
