Chef K'S Shrimp In Apple Chocolate Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Large shrimp | 450 Gram, deveined | |
| Butter | 45 Milliliter | |
| Safflower oil | 30 Milliliter | |
| Apples | 250 Milliliter, peeled | |
| Mushrooms | 80 Gram | |
| Flour | 30 Milliliter | |
| Light cream | 250 Milliliter | |
| Calvados | 60 Milliliter | |
| White chocolate | 80 Milliliter, grated |
Directions
Butterfly the shrimp by making an incision with a small knife down the back.
Heat the butter and oil together in a large skillet.
Quickly saute the shrimp in the oil.
Remove and reserve hot in the oven.
Add the apples and mushrooms to the skillet.
Saute 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour, cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
Add the cream and brandy, simmer to a smooth sauce.
Blend in the chocolate and cook for 1 minute.
Pour sauce over shrimp and serve.
