 Large shrimp450 Gram, deveined
 Butter45 Milliliter
 Safflower oil30 Milliliter
 Apples250 Milliliter, peeled
 Mushrooms80 Gram
 Flour30 Milliliter
 Light cream250 Milliliter
 Calvados60 Milliliter
 White chocolate80 Milliliter, grated

Directions

Butterfly the shrimp by making an incision with a small knife down the back.
Heat the butter and oil together in a large skillet.
Quickly saute the shrimp in the oil.
Remove and reserve hot in the oven.
Add the apples and mushrooms to the skillet.
Saute 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour, cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
Add the cream and brandy, simmer to a smooth sauce.
Blend in the chocolate and cook for 1 minute.
Pour sauce over shrimp and serve.
