Cheesy Tuna Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan and romano cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Tuna | 1 6 1/2 Ounce, drained | |
| Pimiento | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Patty shells or toast points | ||
Directions
In saucepan melt butter or margarine.
Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
Add milk and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir 1 minute more.
Stir in grated cheese.
Cook over low heat till cheese melts, about 1 minute.
Stir in tuna and pimiento; heat through.
Spoon mixture into baked patty shells or over toast points.
Makes 6 servings.
